      ATO - Obtaining Fund Details information

      How to obtain your Fund Details information from the ATO.

       

      STEP 1: Logging into myGov and accessing the ATO portal

      Log into myGov and go to Australia Tax Office (ATO) portal. 

      log in to my gov and click ato portal

      TROUBLESHOOTING:
      If you have not set up a MyGov account yet, please visit this link that explains how to.

       

      STEP 2: Click on SUPER then > FUND DETAILS

      Snip & save the information.

      OR

      Select Print-friendly version and save PDF to computer/device.

      IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OF A COUPLE, REMEMBER TO DO THIS FOR EACH PERSON.

      STEP 3: Send MO50 the information

      Once you have obtained the information above, email to us.
